His doctoring has included Operational Audits, Organization Development, CEO Counseling, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Sales. In the latter category Walter has analyzed in detail, and written prescriptions for, hundreds of sales organizations in the I/T space.

He is also the author of Chasing Quota , a sales management handbook which has been studied by thousands of Information Technology sales executives. Recently the book was selected by MIT's Sloan School as text for its new MBA course on sales management. |
Among Walter's more than two hundred successful clients, ranging in size from small to large and located throughout the world, are EMC, Keane, Compuware, and RSA Security.
A graduate of Princeton University , Walter has spent his entire career in the information technology industry. Beginning as an IBM Systems Engineer, he later co-founded a software marketing firm at the dawn of the software products revolution, and was subsequently a principal in several related ventures.
Having been born and raised in the Philadelphia area, where a major portion his career was built, Walter established residence in Pensacola Florida in the early eighties, where he has resided ever since.
