 After providing advice and counsel to CEOs of high tech companies across the world for more than two decades, a Pensacola resident has decided to extend his consulting practice to local companies, especially companies with an entrepreneural spirit and a desire to improve and grow.
Walter Brown grew up in the computing (information technology) world, beginning four decades ago with assignments at IBM, co-founded a successful software products company at the dawn of that revolution, held senior executive posts with a major independent software enterprise, and for more than two decades has 'doctored' over two hundred high tech companies, both operationally and strategically, throughout the world . Included in that group are such well known companies as EMC, Keane, CompuWare, RSA Security and Ascential Software.
Over the years his services have included strategic review and planning, effective marketing, turbo charging the sales engine, operational audits, organizational development, and CEO counseling.
Now in his sixties, Walter is extending his considerable energies and accumulated wisdom to entrepreneurial companies located nearer to his home in Pensacola Florida, a lovely seaport city on the Northern Gulf of Mexico.
